What on earth made you decide to vent on me?
We are providing a product. We don't currently know enough about
the products to support them. Thus, support will not be provided
by Interworks. That seems pretty clear.
I'll also point out that printer driver configuration, unless it
was provided by Oxxi; really isn't their problem.
